Do you provide Refunds and Is There A Money Back Guarantee?
Aphro-D is an auto-subscription service, we provide this to all our customers to ensure they never run out of their Aphro-D. Just order the first time and we’ll handle everything else.
If for some reason you are not happy with your Aphro-D results, we offer a 365-day hassle-free money-back guarantee, valid ONLY for FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS and ONLY on your FIRST 3 packages of Aphro-D.
Even if you have consumed all of the product we will still refund your money, that is our promise to you.
To protect ourselves from fraud we require you to return the package back to our warehouse, even if it is opened and you have used all of the product. (You need to send us the empty package).
We request that you take a photo of the return parcel and provide us with the tracking number so our fulfillment team can follow the package and make sure it gets to us.
Once the package is received by our fulfillment team, it can take 3-4 business days for the team to sort out the mail and update our system, confirming the package was received.
Once confirmed, we will refund your package right away.
Please make sure your items are properly packaged when being returned.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
This is only valid on your first order within 365 days of purchase.
The 365 money guarantee is not applicable for flash sales.
Refunds are not allowed for flash sales.
Canceling your Aphro-D Subscription
Aphro-D is an auto-subscription service. That means, based on your first order, you will get your Aphro-D shipped to you every month, every 3 months, or every 9 months… Depending on which option you choose.

Please note: You must let our support team know of your cancellation prior to your next shipment date (we request at least 48 hours’ notice).
Our team ships all orders on the same day… so If you request to cancel after your payment is received and Aphro-D shipped, you will be required to return the package(s) back to our fulfillment office FIRST. Once returned (see return address above), we will then refund you your full amount.
